Age Limit: Candidates age should not be exceeding 68 years for Post 1, 2 & 62 years for Post 3. Upper age relaxation up to 10 years for persons with disability, 15 year for SC, ST & 13 year for OBC candidates is applicable.

Educational Qualification: Candidates has to possess basic University or equivalent qualification included in any one of the Schedules to the Indian Medical Council Act 1956 (102 of 1956) and must be registered in a State Medical Register of India Medical Council & MD/ MS/ DNB in specialized subject from a recognized University/ Institution or equivalent as per MCI norms with relevant experience.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can walk in along with application in prescribed format, all documents, publications in original, a set of self attested photocopies of the documents & publications, photo ID, bank draft/ pay order & two Photographs on 20-07-2016 at 10:30 AM.
