Emoluments :
Scale III Officer: At present the total starting emoluments are approx= Rs.47994 per month inclusive of DA and HRA at the current rate.
Scale II Officer: At present the total starting emoluments are approx= Rs.36229 per month inclusive of DA and HRA at the current rate
Scale I Officer: At present the total starting emoluments are approx= Rs.27078 per month inclusive of DA and HRA at the current rate
Office Assistant: At present the total starting emoluments are approx= Rs.13482 per month inclusive of DA and HRA at the current rate
PROBATION PERIOD:
An officer directly appointed in the post shall be on probation for the period of two years, which may be extended by the Appointing Authority for a period not exceeding one year.
An employee directly appointed in the post shall be on probation for the period of one year, which may be extended by the Appointing Authority for a period not exceeding Six months.

For Officer Scale- II Above 21 years - Below 32 years
For Officer Scale- I Above 18 years - Below 28 years
For Office Assistant Between 18 years and 28 years
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
I. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE (as on 01-06-2012)
Office Assistant (Multipurpose) : Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent
Essential: Proficiency in local language

Officer Scale-II General Banking Officer : Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate
Experience : Two years as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
Officer Scale-II (Specialist Officers) :
Chartered Accountant
Certified Associateship (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
Experience : 1 Year
Marketing Officer
Post Graduate Degree in Marketing from a recognized university
Experience : 1 Year
Treasury Manager
Certified Associateship (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Post graduate Degree in Finance from a recognized university/ institution
Experience : 1 Year
Agricultural Officer
Degree from a recognized University in any discipline in Agriculture, Horticulture, Dairy, Animal Husbandry, Forestry, Veterinary Science,Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture or itsequivalent, with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Experience .- Two years
Officer Scale-III : Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

1. Candidates should have obtained the specified Total Weighted Standard Score as well as score in each test in the RRBs- Common Written Examination conducted in September 2012.
2. Candidates applying for Officer Scale-II (Law Officer) and Officer Scale-II (Information Technology) should have obtained the specified Total Weighted Standard Score as well as score in each test in the Common Written Examination conducted for Public Sector Banks for Specialist Officers conducted by IBPS in March 2012. - Candidates can pay application fees in any of the branches of the Durg Rajnandgaon Gramin Bank or Dena Bank only.
