MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
a) For the post having GP Rs. 1800 – Pass in Matric or ITI or its equivalent.
b) For the post having GP Rs. 1900 & 2000 – Pass in Matric or ITI or higher education.
c) For the post having GP Rs. 2400(Technical) – i) Pass in 1st year B.Sc (Physics) or
ii) Pass 10 + 2 stage in Higher Secondary
in Science i.e. Maths or Physics.
d) For the post having GP Rs. 2800 – A university Degree or its equivalent.
AGE: 18 - 25 years as on 01.01.2013. No age relaxation is permissible to SC/ST/OBC.
HOW TO APPLY: Application as per the format enclosed at annexure ‘A’ shall be submitted on A-4 size good quality paper. The application format should be in English or Hindi language only and should be filled in English or Hindi only. The applications submitted in other than English or Hindi language will be summarily
rejected. The application duly filled in all respect should be signed in running script in Hindi and English both at the appropriate place. The candidate has to affix one recent passport size front view photograph in normal attire without sunglasses/wigs on the application in the space provided for the purpose. Candidate is also advised to attach one identical extra passport size photograph along with the application.
Note: Name and father’s name may preferably be written in English capital letters only.
EXAMINATION FEE:
The candidates have to send a crossed Indian Postal Order drawn in favour of Dy. CPO/R, North Central Railway/Allahabad payable at Allahabad as detailed below:
a) For the post having GP Rs. 2400 – 2800 – Rs. 60.
b) For the post having GP Rs. 1800, 1900 & 2000 – Rs. 40.
WHOM TO APPLY:
Application complete in all respect should be sent in a cover addressed to Assistant Personnel Officer/Recruitment, Railway Recruitment Cell, North Central Railway, Nawab Yusuf Road, Valmiki Chauraha, Allahabad (U.P) Pin Code – 211001 so as to reach on or before last date i.e. 31.12.2012. Application may also be dropped in the box kept in the Railway Recruitment Cell Office, Nawab Yusuf Road, Valmiki Chauraha, Allahabad on any working day (Monday to Friday) between 09.30 hrs to 18.00 hrs on or before last date. Candidates belonging to Andaman, Nicobar & Lakshadweep Islands closing date would be 15.01.2013, time upto 18.00 hrs. Such candidates should enclose a domicile certificate of Andaman, Nicobar & Lakshadweep Islands from and appropriate authority of the Andaman, Nicobar Administration or a certificate from a school or college last attended in Andaman, Nicobar & Lakshadweep certifying that the candidate has passed his/her examination from the school/college situated in Andaman, Nicobar & Lakshadweep.
The envelope containing the application should be super-scribed as “Application against Sports quota 2012-13 for ______________ (write name of game).
