Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 18 – 30 years as on 31-12-2015. Relaxation of age will be applicable up to 05 years for BL/ ST/ SC/ PT candidates and 04 for OBC – Central List & 03 years for  OBC – State List candidates.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess XII class from a recognised Board or equivalent and 01 year certificates/ Diploma in Computer Application from a recognised/ institution.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply online through the website www.statebankofsikkim.com on or before 29-01-2016 by 04:00 P.M. & send hard copy of the online application with relevant documents and demand draft to the Asstt. General Manager (Adm.), State Bank of Sikkim, Gangtok, Head Office,  Gangtok on or before 30-01-2016 by 02:00 P.M.

7. Fill all the details.
8. Click on proceed.
9. Take print out of online application for future use.

Education Qualification : 
a) Constable.
Class- X pass from any recognised board for open candidates & Class-VIII pass for Home Guard candidates. Those candidates who have appeared in class-X examination in March/April, 2013 for which results are awaited, shall also be eligible to apply.

Minimum Class VIII pass.

Age Limit: Not less than 18 years and not more than 22 years as on 1st May, 2013

Last Date: Last date of submission application .02.05.2013

Pay Scale: 
1. Rs. 5200-20200 plus grade pay of Rs. 2400

Physical requirements:
a). Height - 5’3”
b). Chest - 32” min. with minimum expansion of 2”.
c). Weight - 50 Kgs. min.

Selection Process: Selection will be based on Physical measurement, Physical Efficiency Test(PET), Written Test both for constable & followers, Skill Test of respective trade for followers

Important Instructions: 
Application for these posts should reach the office of CO,3rd IRBn, Police Headquarters, Gangtok or the office of District SsP (East, South, West & North) on or before 02.05.2013.Only those candidates who qualify the PET shall be called for the written test/skill test. Written tests will be held on 02.06.2013. The venue for written test will be intimated during PET. The syllabus for the written test can be obtained from Sikkim Police website www.sikkimpolice.nic.in . It will also be displayed on the bulletin board of PHQ, office of District SPs, SDPOs and the Police Stations.A Proforma of the application forms can be copied from bulletin board of PHQ, Notice Board of District SPs Office and Police Stations. It can also be downloaded from official website of Sikkim Police (www.sikkimpolice nic.in)
