It is proposed to conduct a Walk-in-Interview for filling up of short term vacancies of Medical Officers on a consolidated monthly salary of Rs.50,130/- [(including Transport Allowance) in DAE Hospital, Kalpakkam and Dispensary at Anupuram on purely temporary (Locum) basis. The temporary (locum) appointment may extend upto a maximum period of six months. However, such locum appointment shall not exceed 89 days at a time. Online Test:The Online test consists of multiple-choice objective type questions (40% General Aptitude and 60% Subject knowledge). There will be no negative marking. The Paper shall be of two hours duration.
Successful candidates based on the Online Test, Tamil proficiency Test and Psychometric Test (only for Post Code no -01) at Chennai, shall be called for Medical Examination. Certificate verification (with reference to originals) will be undertaken prior to joining CMRL. Test will be conducted tentatively in March/April 2013.The same may be subjected to change. Candidates are requested to be in constant touch with CMRL website for any updates.
Instructions on how to answer online tests will be issued along with the hall ticket. Demo online tests will be made available on CMRL website.
 
Online Test CentresOnline test centres will ordinarily be at Chennai. In case of necessity, the test will be conducted at select centres in Tamil Nadu.

Pay & Emoluments:
The pay & emoluments for direct recruits shall be as per pay scales mentioned in para 1 of this notification under the IDA (Industrial DA) as applicable from time to time and other benefits which include Perks like HRA, Other allowances, Medical benefit, EPF, Gratuity, and Insurance etc. as per extant rules of HR Manual, CMRL.

Qualification and Experience for the Post:-

(2) Should have 20 years post qualification experience in Project Finance, Finance, Accounting, Audit, setting up of Financial, Accounting and Audit Systems and procedures in a large public or private sector organization of repute with experience in a project size of not less than Rs.1,000 Cr. OR a company with an annual turnover of not less than Rs.200 crores for the last 3 years.
(3) Should have worked for atleast 5 years at the level of General Manager/ Group General Manager or equivalent. Those with experience of atleast 1 year at Director level will be preferred.
(4) Should have worked in a computerized environment and should have adequate knowledge and experience to handle enterprise level financial management and accounting software.
(5) Should be well versed with the accounting standards including GAAP, latest acts, codes, regulation and developments in tax and financial areas like IFRA etc., funds management, forex risk management, raising of funds, tender processes, contract terms and conditions etc.
(6) Additional qualification of Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India is desirable.
(7) Direct Experience in HR and raising capital from markets will be added advantage.
(8) Should have proven ability to handle related functions independently.
