Applications are invited for the following posts in the Jawaharlal Nehru University as per detail given below:-
Post : Hindi Translator, Wire man, Cook, Office Attendant

Essential Qualification & Experience :
Hindi Translator : Bachelor’s Degree. Diploma/Certificate in Translation from a recognized Institution. Knowledge of Hindi typing desirable.
02 years translation work from English to Hindi and vice-versa in a Govt. Department/Educational Institution or 05 years experience in Government Department etc. Where Hindi is used for purpose of noting/drafting etc.
Wire Man
Matriculation plus I.T.I. Trade Certificate in the Wireman/Electrician from the Govt. Institution/recognized Govt. Institution by AICTE/State Govt.
Minimum two years experience in the maintenance of electrical installation such as internal wiring, L.T. Switchgears, ACB’s street lighting, pump starter, control wiring of pump starter, AMF panels for DG sets etc. Knowledge of safety precaution in the electrical installation, electricity rules etc.
Cook
Matriculation/ITI and 5 Years Experience as Cook in any recognised University Mess/Educational Institute/ Restaurant/Hotel etc.
(Experience required from the candidates belonging to ST and PWD-HH Category can be relaxed by one year respectively, being a repeat effort to fill up the post for said categories)
Office Attendant
Matriculation/ITI and 02 years experience in any recognized University/Educational Institution/Organisation and having experience in the following areas:
(i)Diary/Dispatch/Movement of Register or making entries in the Computers;
(ii)Record Keeping:
(iii)Photocopying and preparation of sets;
(iv)General cleanliness & upkeep of the Section/Unit;
(v)Basic data entry on Computers;
(vi)Any Office related multi-tasking work.
Age Limit : 35 Years
