CONSULTANTS FOR DISCIPLINE OF STATISTICS

The School of Sciences of  IGNOU wishes to appoint two Consultants in Statistics. The candidates must have M.Sc. (Statistics/Applied Statistics/Bio-Statistics) degree with a minimum of 55% marks with Ph.D. in Statistics and minimum of five years teaching and research experience. The appointment shall be initially for a period of six months and may be extended six months basis up to two years. The consolidated remuneration shall be Rs. 22,500 - 30,000 per month.

The last date of receiving applications is 15^th March, 2013.

The nature of work at IGNOU involves development of self-learning study materials for the programmes at the undergraduate as well as post-graduate levels.
